Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
This position is a staff support position for a dental consulting firm. The job duties include preparation of manuals and billing of services for clients, quickbooks ability, knowledge of excel and word office suite, and phone marketing. Web site management and online marketing abilities appreciated. Some knowledge of apple products appreciated. Hours are part time and flexible. Unpaid time off is of up to 8 weeks per year is allowed. Customer service and phone skills are required. 2 days per week approximately 7 hours per day. Ability to function in a predominately paperless environment needed.
